Our History

All Temp Services was established in February of 1998 as a heating & cooling repair and air duct cleaning business.
Tim Leonard, the founder, was the only employee.
He worked out of the back of his pickup truck and the office was run from his home.
He only had a handful of customers, but business grew quickly as his good reputation spread by word of mouth.
By 2000, a building was constructed and there were a total of 3 employees.
Soon after, All Temp began to install residential and commercial heating and cooling units.
The original building was soon outgrown, and expansion began as more employees joined the crew.
In 2002, All Temp became a Customer Care Dealer for American Standard.
In 2006, All Temp Services became All Temp Heating & Cooling, LLC.
In 2007, All Temp opened a branch in McKenzie to better service the residents of Carroll County.
We now employ 10 people, all residents of Henry and Carroll counties.
Each year since 2002, we have been the recipient of the prestigious "Outstanding Dealer Award" from American Standard.
However, even though we now have thousands of loyal customers, we still maintain a personal connection with all of them.
